The Delirium staff first implemented the Editorial Advisory Board in the January 2003 issue. Each issue, the managing editor will select specific submissions and disperse the material according to each board member's speciality. The Editorial Advisory Board logo will appear next to the piece's title if approved by the board member.

Currently the Editorial Advisory Board consists of four board members: Dr. Paul Bender of Ohio Northern University, Dr. Margaret E. Cullen of Ohio Nothern University, Ms. Mary K. Herbert of Long Island University (Brooklyn campus), and Dr. Christopher Kelen of University of Macau.
